Answer» To, achieve continuous improvement, it is IMPORTANT to track METRICS or KPIS. Kanban boards provide enough data on this aspect. Such as how many work items are DELIVERING in 1 sprint; how many works in progress items are we able to handle WITHOUT impacting velocity and what could be ways to improve the capacity. |
