Answer» Democracy provides transparency as in a democracy every citizen has the right to know if all the procedures were followed while making a decision or not. If she has a doubt, she could know about this. She has the right to information..But in any other form of govt, she could not question the procedure of decision making .In this way, govt provides transparency... by reproduction ?? |
