How does auxin help in geotropism? |

Answer» When a growing plant detect light a hormone called auxin stimulate at shoot and root tips of a plant. Thus the plant diffuses towards the shady side . Always auxin accumulate ir settled down in the lower or bottom of the plant and in geotropism( movement due to gravity) shows +ve geotropism .................... Because auxins are present where there is no sunlight and it helps in root growth. |
