Answer» Carbohydrates first change into suger by the action of saliva which secreted (Amylase)..and complete digestion of carbohydrates occurs in small intestine by pancreatic amylase secreted by pancres and change into glucose. Bile salt emulified fat which is secreted by liver on which the lipase work and convert it into fatty acid or glycerol trypsan which help in digestion of protein into amino acid. This all process occurs in small intestine expect saliva action on carbohydrates Fat is firstly emulsified in the small intestine by the action of bile juice and after that pancreatic enzyme "lipase" acts over it and it is completely digested in "illeum" Protein is digested by pepsin and then by tripsin in small intestine which is secreted by pancreas and the digestion of carbohydrates begins in mouth by salivary amylase and then the complete digestion of carbohydrates occur in small intestine by pancreatic amylase secreted by pancreas Due to secretion of liver and pancreatic juices Due to the secretion of pepsin |
