Answer» Solution :(i) Village panchayat run their adminis- tration from the FINANCIAL pool ortreasury.This treasury was CONTRIBUTED byeveryindividual and was called common financial poolof panchayat. (ii)It was used for the cost of entertaining revenue officials who used to travel from village to village from time to time. (iii)Fromthis fund the SALARY was PAID to muqaddamand chowkidar. It was also used to meet theexpense for community welfare activities. Thisfundso raised was also used for community works LIKE construction of bund or diggingcanal, etc. |
