SHE ADDED THAT WHEN SHE USED TO TEASE HER ABOUT HER DRESSES, WANDA WAS GETTING IDEAS ABOUT HER DRAWINGS. PEGGY PONDERED THAT WANDA WOULD NOT HAVE WON THE CONTEST OTHERWISE. Peggy said that she had never made Wanda cry. She thought Wanda is too dumb that she could not understand that one is making fun of her. Also, she said that she would never had teased Wanda if she had not told lie to everyone that she is having 100 beautiful dresses. Though Maddie was caring about Wanda, Peggy was not. Wanda\'s absence didn\'t affected Peggy. She was really all right. She said lame excuses instead of admitting her mistake.
