Answer» Tata brought steel industry to India during the British rule. Acharya P.C ray developed the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Madan Mohan Malaviya started Banaras Hindu University and Syed Khan started Aligarh University. Their main intention was to see India come up in the world.
