Answer» Fats is firstly emulsified by bile juice then it goes to pancrease where it breakdown by the pancreatic lipase.Then in small intestine\'s Duodenum where it finally breaks down into fatty acid and glycerol. Fats are digested in small intestine. Bile break down the fats and the process is called emulsification of fats
