In the GIVEN question we have to given that pqr = 1

So using this
We FOUND the VALUE of P , q , R which is

p \: =\: \frac{1}{qr}

q \: =\: \frac{1}{pr}

r \: =\: \frac{1}{pq}

Then put the value in equation

Now , we get

rq\: =\: \frac{1}{p}\\\\ p^{-1}\: = \:rq

pr\: = \: \frac{1}{q}\\\\ q^{-1}\: =\: pr

pq\: =\: \frac{1}{r}\\\\ r^{-1}\: = \: pq

Take LHS of equation and

After putting value we get :

\frac{1}{1+ p + qr} + \frac{1}{1+q+rp} +\frac{1}{1+r+pq}
