Relationship of Political Science and History: 

Political Science and History are closely inter – related. Political Science studies the past, present and future of the state. History studies the past of the whole human civilization and also the past of the state. Explaining the deep relationship of History and Political Science, John Seeley has said, “History without Political Science has no fruit. Political Science without History has no roots.” History and Political Science both are inter – dependent. Both are complementary to each other. Study of one becomes insignificant and useless without the inclusion of the other.
