Answer» A Boy Saves Friend’s Life Kota : On December 24th at about noon two boys were returning from their school. One of them decided to swim and have fun in the local pond and the other sat down on the sands of the bank. The swimming boy seemed uncomfortable in water and soon began to beat his arms desperately. Moaning sounds were heard by the other boy. It appeared that the swimmer was drowning. The boy sitting on the bank was not a good swimmer but he jumped in water and somehow managed to reach his drowning friend. He pulled the drowning boy by his hair and arms and brought him out of the pond without fear of his own life. He has been recommended for bravery award on the Republic Day. |
