Reason(R) : The plants and animals found in the Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve are similar to those found in the upper Himalayan Peaks and to those belonging to lower Western Ghats (ii) Assertion(A) :Endemic species are those species of plants and animals which are found exclusively in a particular area.
