By the help of ph scale we can measure hydrogen ion concentration in the SOLUTION. ph is the number which indicates acidic or basic NATURE of solution. If the ph value is between 0 to 7 ,the solution is acidic. If the ph value is between 7 to 14 the solution is basic or alkaline. If the ph value is equal to 7 the solution is neutral.
