Answer» Boilers are not USED to soften water. Hard water causes a higher risk of lime scale deposit in household water system. Due to this lime scale build up, pipes are BLOCKED and the efficiency of hot boilers and TANKS is REDUCED . Due to this soft water is used in such system. |
