Answer» Parvatasana is in form of a mountain pose. Procedure: - Sit down on yoga mat in a cross legged position.
- Bring hands in front so that palms face towards the performer.
- Exhale and move hands over head keeping the fingers interlocked and hands stretched upwards. Pull torso in upward direction high as one can.
- Come down to the original position . Repeat the asana for 8-10 times.

- Helps in losing body weight.
Contraindications: - Do not strain the nerves.
- Avoid hunching back during sitting position
