Answer» When you redraw the circuit it will take form of wheatstone bridge with MIDDLE resistance 5ohm so this resistance will be useless as no CURRENT will pass through it. Amd then we have R and 3R in series on upper side with parallel to and R and 3R in series on LOWER side then when we solve it we will get 1/4R+1/4R=1/r and it wil EQUAL to 2R HENCE this is the answer
