Answer» (i) The slope of stopping potential (V₀) versus frequency (v) is equal to (h/e) which is universal constant, so slope is same for both lines. (ii) K.E. = hv - hv₀ As threshold frequency v₀ is lesser for M₁, so K.E. will be greater for M₁for same frequency v.
