But in case of fern it not seeded and flowering bearing plant 2) Phenerogams are the plant with well developed DISTINCT ROOT , stem and leaf. But the fern which is considered as PTERIDOPHYTE it is the BEGINNERS of development of distinct root stem and leaf.But these parts i.e roots ,stem & leaf are well developed.
