Also GIVE examples of these.→ According to quantization of charge,The charge on a body is equal to an integralof multiple of basic charge (±e).i.e. q = ± ne(where n = 1,2,3,4........................so on.→ According to the law of conservation of charge , the algebraic sum of positive and negative charges in an ISOLATED system, remains CONSTANT.» Quantization of charge ,i.e. q = ±neif , n = 1 (we know e = 1.6 x 10^-19 C.q = ± 1e = ± 1 x 1.6 x 10^-19 C = ± 1.6 x 10^-19 C.» Conservation of charge , When a glass rod is rubbed with a piece of SILK , glass rod acquires positive charge and silk is acquire equal negative charge.
