1.	Explain the role of allosteric site in enzyme inhibition?
Answer» Drugs can bind to different sites of enzyme called allosteric sites. It changes the shape of active site of enzyme such that substrate can’t recognize it and E-S complex is not formed and enzyme action is inhibited.
