1.	Explain the role of allosteric site in enzyme inhibition?
Answer» Allosteric sites are the important sites of an enzyme other than the active site. When a drug molecule binds to the allosteric site the spatial arrangement of the active site changes in such a way that either activation of enzyme takes place or inhibition of enzyme takes place.
