Explain the four element of Belgium constitution.

Answer» (i) Belgian Constitution prescribes that the number of Dutch and French-speaking ministers shall be equal in the Central Government. Thus, no single community can make decisions unilaterally.(ii) Many powers have been given to the StateGovernments because the State Governments are not subordinate to the Central Government.(iii) Brussels has a separate government, in which both the communities have equal representation.(iv) There is a third type of government- ‘Community Government’ which is elected by people belonging to one language community (may be Dutch, French and German) and has the power regarding cultural, educational and language related issues.
Numbers of Dutch and French speaking minister will be equal. Brussels have it owns government. Certain powers of Central government were given to state government. There was provision of community government.
