Explain the changes by luteinizing hormone merritnation

In males the luteinizing hormone(LH) acts on the Leydig Cells and stimulates SYNTHESIS and secretion of androgens. Androgens in turn stimulate the process of spermatogenesis.

In females during the menstrual cycle(follicular PHASE) both FSH and LH contribute in ovarian follicular development and the consequent CHANGES taking PLACE in the ENDOMETRIUM of the uterus.
