The chief EXECUTIVE occupies a CENTRAL position in Public Administration.
The chief executive, often called the prime minister or PREMIER, is chosen by the parliament, or legislature. in this system of government, the prime minister and other officials appointed from the parliament make up the executive.
The Chief Executive tenure of OFFICE can be for a period of up to 10 years.
Any FUNCTION which is not a reserved function is an executive function of the Council.
