Answer» Newland is an English SCIENTIST who in year 1866 arrange elements known at that time in ASCENDING order of their atomic MAAS he started with hydrogen and ended on THORIUM. he found that every eight element had PROPERTY similar to first, he proved it by using indian musical notes and by using western musical notes ie. 'saptak' . the similarity observed in every eighh and first element is called as newland law of octave. |
