Since ameoba has no definite shape so this fussion can take in any part of the ameoba . In this asexual mode of reproduction first of all the nucleus is undergone in division into two parts . Then there is the cleavage of cytoplasm in cell and finally amoeba got divided into one individual and and daughter cell.
