●secretions from liver - BILE juice stored in gall bladder .....it creates alkaline medium and emulsifies fats
secretions fron pancreas- pancreatic juice , amylase and trypsin
●trypsin digests proteins
●lipasefor BREAKING down emulsified fats
●gastric glands CONVERT proteins into amino acids , fats into fatty acids and glycerol and carbohydrates into glucose
