Answer» Correct Answer - Option 3 : 7 : 16

Given

Income and expenditure of A = Rs.1,50,000 and Rs.80,000

Income and expenditure of B = Rs.2,00,000 and Rs.40,000

Calculation:

Income of A = Expenditure + Saving

⇒ 1,50,000 =  80,000 + Saving

⇒ Saving of A = Rs.70,000

Income of Rajan = Rs. 1,00,000

Expenditure on food = 80,000

Expenditure on entertainment = Rs 8000

Saving = Rs. 12,000

Income of B = Expenditure + Savings

⇒ 2,00,000 = 40,000 + Savings

⇒ Saving of B = 1,60,000

According to the question:

⇒ Saving of A : Saving of B

⇒ 70,000 : 1,60,000

⇒ 7 : 16
