Economic condition of the citizens strengthens along with the development of tourism industry in the state. How? Explain. |

Answer» Tourism has been granted the status of industry in Rajasthan. This is a pollution-free industry. It is believed that at least one person gets employment per 8 foreign tourists in the state and at least one person gets opportunity of employment per 2 domestic tourists visiting the state. People such as guides, travel agents, drivers, hoteliers and handicraft tradesman get adequate opportunities of employment due to which their income increases and their economic condition strengthens. |
