Answer» Before choosin a donor quality of blood and health conditions is tested. So if the person has sound health conditions then he/she is CHOSEN as a donor. Thus, donating blood in case of HEALTHY donor has no issues. It doesn't decreses strength. Cz RBC has average a life SPAN of 100-120 days. It's replaced with NEW RBC then. So it doesn't AFFECT health.
