  rx= 9- 3x^2 
    
using DIVISION algorithm  

px = qx*gx + rx
 x^3-2x+3  =   (x^2-2)(x+3) +9-3x^2
                  =   x^3+3x^2 - 2x - 6 + 9 - 3x^2
                  =    x^3-2x+3  
      hence proved!!!
