Distinguish between keystone and flagship species

Answer»

Hey dude.... Here is ur answer....
A keystone species is often a dominant predator whose REMOVAL allows a PREY population to EXPLODE and often decreases overall diversity. Other kinds of keystone species are those, such as coral or BEAVERS, that significantly alter the habitat around them and thus affect large numbers of other organisms.Example:bear, fishes, etc.....
A flagship species is a species selected to act as an ambassador, icon or symbol for a defined habitat, issue, campaign or environmental cause. ... Flagship species are usually relatively large, and considered to be 'charismatic' in western cultures.Example:snakes
