Answer» Rain water contain small amount of acid beause of presence of acid it conduct electricity. Distilled water is pure water , it does not contain ions. Therefore it does not conduct electricity. Pure distilled water is not a good conductor of electricity because it is a weak electrolyte and dissociates only slightly to give Hydrogen and hydroxide ions. However rain water contains acidic impurities. Since acids are good conductors of electricity rain water conducts electricity |
