Digested system explain

Answer» In mouth salivary glands secrete saliva (salivary amylase) it change starch into sugar. Teeth chew and grind the food. Tongue roll and taste the food. Food passes from mouth to oesophagus by paristaltic movement. Food enters into stomach where gastric juices like pepsin, hcl, mucus are present. Pepsin breakdown protein, hcl makes surrounding acidic and mucus protect stomach from getting corrode. Then in small intestine, liver secret bile and pancreas secrete pancreatic juice and intestinal enzymes work upon it by converting complex molecules into simpler molecules. It breaks carbohydrates into glucose, fat into fatty acids and protein into amino acids. Waste material then send to large intestine for absorption of excess water. Then it send to rectum and waste thrown out through **** and digestion complete.
