i) Eukaryotes have well defined nucleus along with the nuclear membrane. PROKARYOTES do not have a well defined nucleus.
ii) Eukaryotes are bigger in size. Prokaryotes are smaller in size.
iii) In eukaryotes, membrane-bound cell organelles are PRESENT. In prokaryotes, all cell organelles except ribosomes are absent.
iv) In eukaryotes, many CHROMOSOMES are present. In prokaryotes, a SINGLE chromosome is present.
