Differentiate between a template strand and a coding strand of DNA.

(i)	The DNA strand that has the polarity and act as a template for transcription is known as template strand.	The strand which does not code anything and has polarity is called coding strand.
(ii)	Nucleotide sequence is complementary to the one present in mRNA.	The nucleotide sequence is the same to the one present in mRNA except for the presence of thymine instead of uracil.
