Answer» Striated muscles. Muscles show light and DARK bands or striationes when stained properly. The cells are long CYLINDRICAL and unbranched. Found in LIMBS, abdominal wall, TONGUE ,etc. Unstriated muscles. No striationes shown on proper staining. The cells are long and spindle shaped. Found in the walls of tubular organs arteries veins bronchioles etc. Cardiac muscles No striationes shown on proper staining. Cells are cylindrical and branched. Found in heart only.
