Answer» 1.Pepsin works in acidic medium while tripsin needs basic medium.2.Pepsin is gastric juice but tripsin is pancreatic juice.3.Pepsin digest protein in stomach while tripsin digest protein in intestine. And pepsin breakdowns protiens into peptones and proteoses in stomach and finally complete digestion of protiens is done by trypsin in small intestine.......... Pepsin mainly hydrolysis the proteins.......trypsin breakdown the peptide bonds... Pepsin in secreted by gastric juice......trypsin is secreted by pancreatic juice....pepsin is secreted in stomach........trpsin is secreted in small intestine... |
