Answer» Isopleth maps differ from CHOROPLETH maps in that the data is not GROUPED to a predefined region like a state or COUNTRY. Temperature, for example, WORKS BETTER as an isopleth map than a choropleth map because temperature is continuous but does not change abruptly at any point. |
