Bahi answer The system has three levels:1)Gram panchayat(village level) ,Mandal parishad or block samiti or panchayat samiti ( block) level ) and zila parishad ( district level) ab khus Amar kaha hoo Kkrh sab India have three tires 1. Central government which is responsible for few subject related to national interest. 2. State government which is responsible for look after much of day to day administration of the state. Third is local government like gram panchayat in village and municipal corporation in big cities or municipal corporation in town. ??
