Answer» This act provides 100 days of wage employment every year to the family living below poverty line 1/3 if the proposed jobs are reserved for women .The national employment garranty funds was established by central government and state government established state employment garranty funds for the implementation of this scheme,if an applicant is not provided employment within 15 days he/she will be entitled to a daily unemployment announce NREGA 2005 provides 100 days assured employment every year to every rural household in 200 districts.Later it was extended to 600 districts.One third of the proposed jobs would be reserved for women.Under the program if an applicant is not provided employment with in fifteen days he will be entitled to a daily unemployment allowance.
