Describe excretion in plants |
|
Answer» The removal of the wastes from our body through some matabolic activities is called excretion.i n plants the excreation is done in 3ways.they are 1.transpiration:gases exchsnge takes place here.here the wastes are stored in the stomata and the lenticels of an leaf.at the time of exchange this gases come out of here. 2.storing:here the wastages and the dead cells are stored in the bark of the plants. 3. Diffusion: diffusion is a process in which gaseous exchange takes place to high concentrated solution to low concentrated solutions. The wastage of some aquatic plants or diffused threw into the water these are the ways in which the excretion is done in plants Excretion is the process by which metabolic waste is eliminated from an organism. Excretion in plants can be summarized as follows:Transpiration: Gaseous wastes and water are excreted through stomata, lenticels of the stem, and the outer surface of stems, fruits, etc.Storing: Some organic wastes are stored in plant parts like barks and leaves.Diffusion: Aquatic plants excrete metabolic wastes through diffusion. Terrestrial plants excrete into the soil. |
