\mathfrak \red{Asexual \: Reproduction - }The production of new organism from a single parent without the involvement of sex cells is called asexual reproduction.

\underline { \underline \mathfrak \pink{Types \: of \: Asexual \: Reproduction - }}

There are six DIFFERENT types of asexual reproduction-

1. Fission

2. Budding

3. Spore formation

4. Regeneration

5. Fragmentation

6. Vegetative propagation.

\underline{ \mathfrak \blue{1. \: FISSION - }}The type of asexual reproduction in which a unicellular organism divides to form two or more new ORGANISMS,is called fission.

There are two types of fission :-

1. Binary fission - In binary fission, the parent organism splits to form two new organisms.

2. Multiple fission - In multiple fission, the parent organism splits to form many new organisms at the same time.

\underline{ \mathfrak \orange{2. \: BUDDING - }}The type of asexual reproduction in which, a small PART of the body of the parent organism grows out as a 'bud' which then detaches and become a new organism is called budding.

\underline{ \mathfrak \red{3. \: SPORE \: FORMATION - }} the parent plant produced hundreds of microscopic REPRODUCTIVE units called 'spores' is called spore formation.

\underline{ \mathfrak \pink{4. \: REGENERATION - \: }}The process of getting back a full organism from its body parts is called regeneration.

\underline{ \mathfrak \green{5. \: FRAGMENTATION - }}The breaking up of the body of a simple multicellular organism into two (or more) , each of which subsequently grows to form a COMPLETE new organism is called fragmentation.

\underline { \mathfrak \orange{6. \: VEGITATIVE \: PROPAGATION - }}In vegetative propagation, new plants are obtained from the parts of old plants (like stems, roots and leaves) without the help of any reproductive organs.
