Construct ∠ZYP = 45°

Along YP, set off YQ = 6.7 cm

Join ZQ

Draw the Perpendicular BISECTOR of ZQ to INTERSECT YQ at X

Join XZ

Then, ΔABC is the Required Triangle . . .

VERIFICATION :-

On measuring, we find that -

XY + YZ = (3.6 + 3.1) cm = 6.7 cm
