Answer» No!! You shouldn't judge a PERSON by their exterior because you don't know their story that how they are and what they think about you. Meeting people for the first time we always make a judgment based on their appearances though the PROVERB TELLS us not to make such a mistake. And it is one of the most obvious reasons why we should not judge other people.It is not acceptable to judge others in general. You can't judge the person by first meeting.
