Answer» tion:Simply , no the vector cannot have magnitude of zero but if its COMPONENT are non zero. This case HOLDS good in case of rectangular COMPONENTS of vector. But in the case of non rectangular components the vector can have magnitude of zero even though its components are different from zero.
