can u think of a situation when an object does not change its magnitude of velocity but only its direction of its motion? |
|
Answer» CONSTANT or not, if the acceleration is in a different direction from the velocity then yes, direction and therefore velocity will change. Both acceleration and velocity are VECTORS and if you change the direction of a VECTOR velocity, EVEN if the magnitude (speed) is the same it is still a change in velocity. |
