Answer» Yes it can be a organised sector as -1) Almost all the private companies give their employes a better health care facilities,insurance and all the extra benefits.2) Almost in all companies working hours are fixed even if they are exceeded they pay overtime to employees.3) Almost they are properly registered to govt and follow proper policies of govt.4)Almost in all companies employes salaries are not cut when they take a leave.The above points tell they can come under organised sector.
