So profound\xa0was\xa0his influence on\xa0Helen\xa0that she dedicated her autobiography “The Story of My Life” to him. Dr .Bell\xa0was\xa0consulted by the Kellers in order to seek help for\xa0Helen’s education.\xa0Helen\xa0took to him immediately\xa0and\xa0was\xa0moved by his tenderness\xa0and sympathy. The meeting\xa0with\xa0Dr.\xa0Bell\xa0instilled hope into her\xa0and allayed her fears of being isolated.He had a kind personality which is understood in the way in which he used to engage\xa0Helen\xa0by explaining amusing things to her in a way nobody could. According to\xa0Helen, he\xa0was\xa0proficient in many fields of science\xa0and had the ability to turn\xa0any drab, abstruse subject interesting. He saw the best in people\xa0and believed that\xa0anybody could be\xa0an\xa0inventor had he or she had enough time. Contrasting\xa0with\xa0his image of a scientist, Dr.\xa0Bell\xa0was\xa0also\xa0an\xa0artistic\xa0and a humourous person. But the greatest quality that motivates the humanitarian\xa0in Dr.\xa0Bell\xa0is his love for children. He\xa0was\xa0devoted to the cause of deaf children\xa0and he wanted to make the world a better place for them.\xa0In the last chapter,\xa0Helen\xa0Keller has named various people\xa0and thanked them for touching her life\xa0and making it special.
