Answer» SOLUTION :This will HAPPEN when both the blocks are at the temperature of the body in case when either of blocks is touched , there will be no TRANSFER of heat from the block to the body (human) or vice VERSA .So ,on touching they will be filled equally HOT aur equally cold.
